Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label for eligible items.
Pack and Ship
Carefully repackage your furniture in its original box with all protective padding and hardware included to prevent damage during transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for quality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
